birthday (day before) party for him today.
Complete with a message on his back window.

So, today I get the cool Mom award.
I said yes to Zach inviting friends over to
watch the NFL Draft.
I picked them up from school.
I served pizza, cookies and root beer.
Each boy got a package of NFL
trading cards in honor of the occasion.
Aren't they cute?

The other the sweet comedic "baby" in a family

I got to take my two nieces on a little date this
afternoon. We went to a coffee house for
mini donuts. They have been such a pleasure
to have in our home this week.

Severe pain, white face, shock, she felt like passing out.
Her Mama, blowing in her face so she wouldn't.
Sweet thing. She was a trooper.

106-A Celebration

A LoVeLy evening!!
We had such a great, great time this evening
celebrating Greg's parents 50th anniversary.
Great company, fun memories shared,
and wonderful food!
It was a joy to honor this sweet couple who have loved
each other and so many others so WELL!!

Couldn't decide which of my fabulous new prints to
post so I made a collage of them both.
These are 8 1/2 by 11 inches each.
I plan to frame them and hang in our dining area.

103-Bike Safety

Z's been enjoying a bicycle safety course the last
two weeks at school.
This was the last day of the unit and they celebrated
by going on a 'community ride' for two hours, with
each student taking turns leading the group.
